Visit  to  a  religious  center  (Vale  do  Amanhecer)  founded  by  the   spiritualist visionary  Tia  Neiva  (Aunt Neiva). Visit to Cristalina, a little town 136 km. from Brasilia. The name was given to  the town due to the richness of minerals in the area. The commerce of precious  and semi-precious stones is the main economical activity. Lunch is taken in   another little city; Luiziania near by.   Luiziania  was  founded  in  the  last  century  by  the Portuguese pioneers in search of gold.

Visit to EMBRAPA, Government Agricultural Research Center  for  development of  more  decease  resistant  and  more  productive  plants  of  the spices;  Soya beans, coffee, wheat, manioc, pastures  in  general,  vegetables,  fruit-trees  and partly animal production as well.

BSB011A - ITIQUIRA FALLS WITH LUNCH F/D.
The Itiquira falls, 95 km. from Brasilia, appears as an oasis in the mist of this dry high land. It consists of  four  cascades,  36 mineral water springs,  natural pools surrounded  by  dense  vegetation.    Full  day  tour.   Swimsuit     recommended. Restaurant on premises.
