About Us
Brasil Guide Turismo Ltd was founded in 1987 as a Tour Operator, Brazil Guide Tours, and Destination Management Company; BGT-Incentives, already then with the aim of attending the growing demands of the specialized Event and Incentive travel industry, worldwide.

The Company
BGT has with success, since the very beginning in1985 catered for thousands of well-traveled passengers. First as a travel guide booklet, later as a tour operator. Always targeting the up-scale markets worldwide, delivering quality services, while establishing own offices and representations in all major cities and natural attractions all over Brazil and South America. Today Brasil guide Tours receive clients from 37 countries and has a well structured, continent-wide, network of professional and skilled personnel. The department BGT-Incentives started as a DMC for Rio de Janeiro only, being the natural gateway to South America. Our mobile units, project groups, were soon to be a reality as we expanded our activities up and down along the coast and into the country.

Delivering the promise
From the first idea to the last detail, an experienced member of our team will assist you with design, pre-event logistics, program administration, operational event management and post-event financial reconciliation. We are with you from concept to completion. 

At BGT – Incentives, we exclusively handle events and incentive travel rewards and nothing else:

• Recommendation and booking of venues

• Hotel accommodation

• Transportation – limousines, motor coaches, microbuses, minivans, Jeeps, as well as a wide range of unusual choices, on land, sea and air, from trains, boats, and planes / hot air balloons to two or three wheels or two or four legs creatures!

• Functions – gala dinners, themed parties, award banquets and coffee breaks, local restaurants, fashionable “in places” and hot-spots to drink and dance.

• Entertainment – live music bands, dancers, entertainers, DJ’s, MCs, guest speakers, celebrities, etc.
